Slow and Disorganized I took my truck in for a recall for a seat belt issue. It took over 2 hours. I happened to notice that my truck was sitting in the parking lot. Bad service Recently bought my Tahoe to get it checked out for the check engine light and service air bags light. Dropped it off on Saturday november 23 2019 by M Recently bought my Tahoe to get it checked out for the check engine light and service air bags light. Dropped it off on Saturday november 23 2019 by Monday 25they called me to get an aproval to work on it, I gave them the ok and never heard from them again. Called them back on Saturday the 30 and left a message but none got back with me. Called them on Monday December 2nd and talked to someone which took a message and again nobody got back with me, called them again on Tuesday December 3rd and same thing. Got so frustrated by Wednesday that I demanded to speak to someone or get some report of the progress on my car. They finally told me that there was no updates if it had been work on or not so just picked up my Tahoe and nothing was done to it. Worst experience I had, I've been there before and everything worked out just fine. More

Poor service time. I took my car in for minor service and it took them 10 hours to get me my car back. More training and communication for technicians is recommended or teamwork should be incorporated, because apparently another technician knew how to fix the problem he just wasn’t consulted. They service reps up front were professional and were understanding of our frustration. The GM Greg Barton was very helpful in getting the vehicle repaired. More

Brought up a transmission issue with service writer , and they say said they drove it, which is a lie, the mileage was exactly the same as I dropped it off. I took a picture to verify. More
