(VERY handy if there was inclement weather!) Greeted warmly and friendly by Ricardo. His attitude, knowledge, and helpfulness throughout was excellent! Inside facilities VERY clean and welcoming; waiting area very nice, relaxing and comfortable. The waiting time Ricardo had indicated upon check-in until service completed was accurate. Very nice touch to have Ricardo walk me outside and to my car after service and closing transaction completed. Everything was top-notch and I would happily recommend this dealership and service facility! More

Routine service My visit was okay, I wasn’t thrilled with the service advisor asking me if I knew how to back up a car when I needed to leave with my rental and there My visit was okay, I wasn’t thrilled with the service advisor asking me if I knew how to back up a car when I needed to leave with my rental and there was miscommunication about the wheel alignment. I thought they would put the car on the rack and reset the specs but apparently all they did was look at the tires. There was no uneven wear, but when we get to that point it’s too late. I can go elsewhere in the spring for a thorough job. Otherwise, the rental car was awesome and the work was completed in a timely manner More
