Unanswered questions I just recently had my oil changed "again", for the 2nd time since my CRV was new. My first oil change was done at 2000 miles. I thought this seemed I just recently had my oil changed "again", for the 2nd time since my CRV was new. My first oil change was done at 2000 miles. I thought this seemed early, but the first oil change should remove whatever manufacturing debris has settled in the oil pan. So, I had no problem with the 1st oil change. However, the little wrench icon showed up on my dash recently, when the odometer registered 4600 miles. That's only 2600 miles since my 1st/last oil change. This seems too soon, based on my limited knowledge of the life expectance of synthetic oil. I don't get it. More

Outstanding service My warranty was set to run out, I sent my pick up down to the service department with my wife the day before my warranty expired. Ricardo in the service department worked with her and got a technician to look at the pick up and got a diagnosis established with my warranty coverage. Ricardo went above and beyond to help me get my vehicle covered by the warranty service and get my pick up back to me asap. Top notch service in my humble opinion, I will defiantely be using Apple valley honda in the future. More

Service Supreme On 11-20-2018 my 2016 Honda HRV wouldn't start. Thinking it was the ignition instead of a three year old battery I called E Wenatchee dealership and On 11-20-2018 my 2016 Honda HRV wouldn't start. Thinking it was the ignition instead of a three year old battery I called E Wenatchee dealership and asked for Tod McLaughlin, the manager. Told him my plight and that I was about a mile from his dealership. Without hesitation he said he would have an employee, Thor Rees, come to help me. Some 20 minutes later I was in the Honda service department getting my battery checked out. The result was it was dead and I had a new one installed. Service was great After calling first I brought my car in for an oil change and a seasonal tire swap. Thoughtful service. I brought my Pilot in for a recall fix on an airbag. They scheduled me within a day, fixed it all for free and included a car wash coupon besides.
