I purchased a new Honda Civic from Apple Valley Honda and travelled over 150 to complete the purchase! Why? I buy all of my cars and trucks locally thinking if I have problems they will take care of it. That is not the case with apple valley Honda. I purhchased a 2001 truck from them and found out later it had have problems they will take care of it. That is not the case with apple valley Honda. So I went Back to Apply Valley Honda thinking that they would make it right, wrong again, just got a run around, I will never do business with a company like theirs , I now do all my business with a differt car company that knows how to take care of their customers. We purchased a truck from them 3 weeks ago, All the paper work was done the day of the sale, we knew what the interest rate was and the monthly payment...... all the particulars. Now after 3 weeks we still have no loan and the only way that they can get us financed is to buy a newer truck. Can we say bait and switch. If We had wanted to spend more $$$$ then we would have at the time we decided on the truck. Lets see they cashed our down payment in less than 2 days, I am now late with my payment on the trade-in we used. Just an observation but if you buy from Apple Valley Honda bring your own lube you are going to need it. We bought local but will not do that again. Same truck, same mileage, the only real difference its the luxury addition in Vancouver, WA same price. Its worth it to travel and get more truck for our money. This seams the way it is with all medium to large purchases in this valley. Its no wonder PPL all run to Seattle and Spokane to shop. More

I bought my Pilot from Apple Valley Honda. When I needed my rear wheel bearings done I got a quote from my local Honda Dealer: The quote was for $1035 plus tax for both sides. I called Sal in service at Apple Valley just to check and make sure I was getting a fair shake at my closest dealer. I was shocked when he quoted me a little over $600 for the same job, same parts too as I only want OEM parts in my car. So I drove a couple of hundred miles, saw some family, saved over $400, and got some world class service from the great folks in their service dept. Thanks Sal, Rich (the service mgr) and Chad (the master tech that did the dirty work) You guys are awesome! More

He called me and let me know updates about my car, and helped us in every way possible. He was so kind, and helpful that we will now be bringing all of our household cars there, even though they are from other dealerships in town! He has really made us customers for life.
