We checked out several other dealerships, and different models of cars, but from the moment we stepped foot on their lot, it felt right to shop with them- so we kept going back. The sales people have always been so kind, patient, and willing to explain details and answer questions for hours on end. They made us feel valued and like friends. I also felt like they were honest with us and looking out for our best interests. We never felt any pressure from anyone at Apple Valley, they have always let us lead the interaction. I was able to get in quickly for an appointment and they made arrangements for me to have a loaner car to drive to get to work, a new CRV which was awesome. I bought my car new in 2014; I’ve only had routine maintenance and one warranty claim today but whatever the reason the staff in parts, service and reception are friendly and helpful, and follow up with a phone call to let you know the status of your vehicle. The facility is always clean and there are snacks, TV, WiFi and a comfortable waiting area. The oil change punch cards are a nice perk. I haven’t been to other dealerships in town but doubt that anyone does it better than Apple Valley Honda, thanks for your help today. More
