The BOWTIEGUY was very easy going and let us steer the deal in the way we wanted it to go which in the end made us choose Apple Valley Honda! I was shopping for Honda Pilot with certain conditions and each of them went above and beyond to help me get the car. kudos to Courtney, Tod and Adam. I was shopping for Honda Pilot with certain conditions and each of them went above and beyond to help me get the car. I live 3 hours away in Bothell, but Courtney kept me up to date calling constantly, making sure the car was ready when I got there. We got there after closing time but Tod (GM) was very gracious to stay over closing time to greet us, great guy. Adam Prater was also there and he made sure the process is completed quickly so that we can get back on the road for 3 hour drive back to home. Finance guy (Chuck Adams) was super fast, he even gave employee discount on GAP insurance. The only thing I wish is if they were close to my place or maybe they can open up another branch up here in Bothell area. I showed the car and the price I got to my friends and they were very impressed and most of them took AppleValley information from me. More

Worth the drive. The drive to Wenatchee was long, but worth it in the end. We bought a Honda Civic for an amazing price. Erin Hubbard and his boss gave me the price over the phone, and when we arrived that was the exact price they charged me. He explained everything to us and got us a great interest rate. The process was pretty streamlined and efficient. Eryn made sure that we were comfortable with our car before we left. One negative is, when I first called I spoke with Angela and asked her the price of the car. She said she would call me back. I waited five hours and never heard back. After I called back, Eryn called me with the price in five minutes. I would highly recommend working with Eryn when looking for a new Honda. Another annoyance we had was after we had taken the car home. The finance guy called us the next day to tell us they couldn't get us the interest rate they originally offered. This turned out ok, because they got us an even lower rate. It was annoying because we had to drive back to Wenatchee, which was a two hour drive, to sign papers. They did buy us dinner at Olive Garden though. Overall working with Eryn was a breeze and we got an amazing deal. I would recommend them based on best price and great customer service. More
