Ultimately, we chose the CR-V because there were more standard safety features, the turbo engine was more responsive than the Outback four cylinder, and the price of the CR-V was several thousand dollars less than the Outback. He was very honest and promised to confirm that the car & color I wanted was available. In less than 24 hours of telling Peter what I wanted with the additional accessories and the price I was willing to pay, I was in the finance office with Betsy Woods signing paperwork. Betsy was very professional and lighthearted which made spending money less stressful. My accessories were installed Tuesday, and I picked my car up that night. Everything was perfect!! I honestly felt like I was dealing with friends. It was well worth the hour long trip from SC to NC to purchase my car.
