It is now April 9 and two visits and 5 phone calls later I still have not received my referral fee. This is most dishonest and untrustworthy dealership I have ever worked with. Drake Hinton disclosed personal information about my referral, down payment, credit score, interest rate, income and amount financed, I have purchased many cars over the years and I have never dealt with a more dishonest dealership or sales person in 40 years of buying cars. He was totally upstaged and sabotaged by a rather ignorant, cocky, and rude Business manager. Don't know where HE came from but he is a real piece of work! I actually decided to change brands (after 30 years) because of him. This dealership is constantly trying to up-sell whenever service is performed. They are all smiles but their only true motive is MONEY. Beware this a slip-shod operation. More

I AM A YOUNG BLACK WOMAN, and in a time where these companies are yelling Black Lives Matter this company has shown me that is NOT the case. I bought a certified pre-owned car from here in Oct the 2020 to celebrate my 30th birthday. I went to the dealership with a Pre-approval letter from my bank. I was hastled to try financiing through their company, in which they promised to only run my credit once. That was a lie, it was ran over 8 times in which my bank was still the company I decided to go with. Less than 48 hours after having the vehicle, all of my warning lights came on. This resulted in me spending the Friday night of my 30th birthday weekend at the Honda dealership. It has now been less than 3 months and within that timespan: - ALL of my warning lights came on again, which has resulted in me making multiple trips to the service department -My fuel injectors have had to be replaced - I was promised 2 complementary oil changes just to be told I only have 1 - I was told upon my next service my transmission fluid would have to be replaced (I haven’t even driven it 5,000 miles smh) - I went in for an oil change and was told to have my tires rotated. Less than a mile down the road my tire pressure light came on. I called the service department and was instructed to reset it. Less than 10 miles later it came back on. To make matters worse my oil maintenance information was not reset. I have yet to hear back from the service manager as this issue has yet to be resolved. This has shown me that their customers don’t matter to them. This has been a xxxx poor experience, and I will be sharing this with everyone and on every social media platform. More

I first want to start off by saying that the sales experience was great! I purchased a 2018 Civic Type R from Gene in used car sales and love the car. On the other hand the car had a few problems with some exterior trim pieces. Considering the car is a 2018 (only 2 years old) the vehicle is still covered under Hondas 3 year/36,000 mile basic warranty. The service I have received at this dealership has been awful! They will deny warranty on parts that are clearly defective claiming that it is normal wear and tear! I can assure you my issues are NOT NORMAL or WEAR and TEAR! One of the concerns i had even involved a issue with the trim on 3 of the 4 doors. After the service department inspected the vehicle they said they would only fix one door. After showing the advisor the problem on the other 2 doors for the 2ND TIME, she took pictures of the issue and said she would get back to me. A week later they said "we are going to replace the trim on all 4 doors now." I feel like if the vehicle was properly inspected the 1st time I would not have to fight to get these parts covered! I am very dissatisfied with the service I have received and I also still have defective parts on my car the they refuse to cover! This just goes to show that Honda's commitment to quality and service is no longer important to them! More

Shout out to Tony Atkins for making this by far the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. He patiently led me through the entire process, seeing to it that I got the exact vehicle with all the features car buying experience I’ve ever had. He has followed up with me several times to make sure things are going well with the new car & has proven there is indeed service after the sale. This could not have gone smoother. I would highly recommend Apple Tree and would encourage anyone to ask for Tony to handle their car buying needs. This is how car buying should be, and why you have repeat customers. More

I scheduled this oil change and tire rotation and arrived a little before my appointment. They finished working on the Insight quickly. I will return to Appletree for service. More
$1600 AC repair failed before 2 years I previously reviewed Apple Tree Honda and have now reviewed at all possible sites, have contacted the BBB and will seek representation if necessary. Two years ago, June 2018, I took my 2007 CRV in for AC repairs. I met with the service rep, Lance and I discussed options. As my car was older, I researched and learned the replaced AC system should last 8-10 years. We settled on repairing/replacing the system for $1600. The system failed in January 2020. It was cool weather so I went in May to see if a local Honda certified mechanic could check. He indicated since it was recently repaired he could likely add Freon to resolve for $75.00. After checking the car he determined the entire system needed to be replaced. I indicated this was done less than two years ago. He reviewed the service record and stated the A/C kit had not been included and this would cause premature failure. He offered to speak with Appletree to work something out as I am now 4 1/2 hours away... My service rep would not call him and then would not return calls to me after the first. I called the Service Manager. He indicated he was informed a week ago but did not follow through. He then raised his voice over me the entire time I was speaking, stating repeatedly Appletree does not warranty work after 12 months. I indicated this was not a warranty issue. It was an issue they did not include the necessary parts. He continued to yell over me. I requested the GM. I called, received his voicemail, and he has never returned my call. I emailed Honda America and was advised the dealerships are privately owned and all they could do was provide training. I have contacted the BBB who have replied twice (at each level of escalation) Appletree is declining to correct, stating they advised my they were using non-Honda parts. I have replied that I am not a mechanic, that my service rep recommended these parts to save money, that I had gone to a Honda certified mechanic about this situation and have been advised one of the necessary parts was not included in the repair. I have documentation for the research, the repairs, the replies from Honda, the replies from Appletree through the BBB, and such. More
