Service department is horrible Their service department is horrible. When you take your car in, it's chaos; there are several lines and nothing to tell you where to go. Some service writers are backed up while others sit idle. Be prepared to wait a LONG time when you go in. They say they'll call when parts come in but they never do. Want to talk to the manager? They don't know where he is or how to find him. Honda's recall notices tell you to call and make an appointment for your "30 minute" repair. This place tells you you have to leave your car for half a day; they can't make appointments. They're the only authorized Honda dealer in this entire area and they sure know it; for recalls and warranty work there's no place else to go. More
