Went in to the showroom and met Jeannie Heatherly who was quite knowledgable about the CRV. She knew her stuff, answered every question and gave me some information I didn't already know. I thoroughly research any new vehicle I am interested in and remember just about everything I read, but Jeannie did me one better on several points. The buying experience was pleasant but took a while as car buying usually does and Jeannie walked us through very efficiently. She also has a great sense of humor which I liked and we bantered back and forth the whole time. All in all, a great experience. More
