I trusted him so much, that a week later, he drove over my car, (that I wasn’t even able to test drive because of the storm), and it was and still is the perfect car for me! I absolutely love it! The financing and paperwork was also quick and easy, all done over the phone and electronically read and signed. Bob has been very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions, or needed anything for my car. And I had lots of questions, since I’ve been only buying used cars in the past. I have always HATED the car buying process. However, working with Beth was an amazing experience. We talked about money first, and then she found the perfect lease for me to fit my budget and lifestyle. Then, when i went to drop off my old car and pick up the new one I was there all of TEN minutes. No hours of paperwork, sitting thru another sales pitch about adding on things to your car, etc. It's everything you love about buying a car with nothing that you hate.
