Bad job Mikey Mike kept my car for 3 hours then told me battery was ok after car had not started earlier and required Honda roadside assistance. Battery had been tested by 3 other service locations and came up low. Mike was unimpressed. I’m sure if car was out of warranty he would have suggested new battery. More

Thought battery had “died” : I drove to the market and when came out, my car wouldn’t start. It seemed as thought the battery had “died”. My service manager , John Turano, immediately addressed my problem, discussed the issue with me, serviced the car, and got me on my way. I am very appreciative. John is a knowledgeable, professional, lovely gentleman. You are lucky to have him on your staff. More
