Thanks for making my CRV look like new!! I made a appointment to have some minor CRV. Door nick, shopping cart scrapes & a small dent & scratches put in the rear door by myself, backing into I made a appointment to have some minor CRV. Chad (Service Dept) had given me an estimate for the repairs, saying that they would do their best to minimize the damages, but “no guarantees” they would completely disappear. I brought my car in on Thursday 12:00. John handled everything in a friendly, courteous fashion & I was out of there in a couple of hours. The bodywork done was excellent. Can’t see the dent at all! They took care of the scratches as well. I am so very pleased with your Service Dept. I always thought Baron Honda’s Service Dept couldn’t be beat! More

The trust just keeps on building My service was primarily motivated to get my inspection done. After I made the appointment the tire indicator light went on but I didn't get nervous My service was primarily motivated to get my inspection done. After I made the appointment the tire indicator light went on but I didn't get nervous because I had the appointment. Finally a service icon appeared telling me I needed service (the car has 40K miles). The day of my scheduled service I went over everything that I wanted done and after an inspection, Mike Gaurino took the time to go over carefully what would be needed now, what should be looked at soon, an evaluation of my tires and options for replacement and if any outstanding recalls for my car was present. I chose what I wanted to get done for the day. What really impressed me was that the final bill came in under the estimate and the time needed to complete the work also was under the estimated time. Like I said,'The Trust just keeps on building..." More
