Professional & courteous John did a great job as my key service agent. He was prompt & professional. I will be back to utilize Apple Honda again. One suggestion is for the customer to be able to utilize all of the coupons available for their service vs. just being able to use one coupon. An example of this was that I was able to apply the oil & filter coupon to my service but could not utilize the tire rotation coupon. If you want to continue to build Honda brand recognition & loyalty you must cater to the needs of the customer first by offering competitive service pricing for their vehicle maintenance. More
