As promised Came in for a recall repair. I was told that the repair would take about an hour. I was also asked if I wanted the outside of my vehicle washed. I sa Came in for a recall repair. My service advisor was Mike Guarino, he was a very friendly and an overall nice guy. While the technician was performing the vehicle inspection he found that my left front tire wasn't wearing evenly which meant I needed an alignment. I was happy that they found this before the tire wore out prematurely. Overall the service experience was very pleasant. The car was ready earlier than they had originally estimated which was great. The price was reasonable for a dealership. I have no complaints at all with the service department. More
