NYS inspection & Unexpected Major Work Alex the Service Advisor kept us up to date thruout the process. Clear explanation of what had to be done. At the cashier we found out that our VIP card was no longer valid and in the system so that there was no record of our prior points for rewards. A disappointment as we purchased both of our cars here. Only the days payments would count. Personally that is unacceptable but we had no other option. We were issued only a new card. More

They were not able to duplicate the problem I had encountered, but assured me they would be ready to respond if it happened again. My car is running smoothly. No problems. My major concern is that I only received one key with remote attachment, and I really need a second one in case something happens to this one. I really hope you will cooperate and give me another key with remote. More
