Jeff arranged for a test drive on two models, gave me great info on the two, discussed some numbers and I ended up selecting the CRV. Bonnie continued the transaction with me and within a few days I was driving off the lot in my new 2017 CRV. I couldn't have asked for a more positive, professional and enjoyable experience. More

I probably have dealt with Mike 25 times over the pa Its very simple Mike Guarino is the absolute best customer service person I have ever dealt with. I probably have dealt with Mike 25 times over the past few years and he makes you feel like family and takes care of everything. On that same note if Mike is off or busy I deal with Mark Skawinski who is absolutely wonderful and is right there with Mike in his ability to take care of customers. Quite a 1-2 punch. Also I would like to say that even though I don't normally deal with the Mike and Mark's coworkers I do observe them interacting with customers and they all are totally professional. I buy or lease my cars from John Jay who is awesome and he always manages to say hello and talk to me when I bring my car in for service. Also kudos to the young men who take your vehicle from you when you pull in. They have been taught well and are always friendly to the customer. Good job all around Apple Honda!!! More

Personal touch We came here in August for a car for our daughter and had the pleasure of meeting Keenan.
