Didn’t Need Much I just came in for the Auto Butler application. It was fine. I was a little disappointed though that they didn’t vacuum the floor mats, clean the insi I just came in for the Auto Butler application. It was fine. I was a little disappointed though that they didn’t vacuum the floor mats, clean the inside of the windows or wipe down the interior, as they’ve done before when I came in for service. But the staff was super friendly and it was nice to have a free loaner car to get to work. And the Auto Butler is free, so I can’t complain, even though it looks like they missed a couple spots, like under the back door latch. More

But I have to say there’s definitely a different vibe to the place since I was last there in January. New policies? Different manager? Don’t know. Just feels a lot more businesslike and not as friendly and approachable as before. And I definitely miss the people I used to deal with (opposite the service counter) when paying (especially the guy)! More

I have delt with John Turano the service rep on many occasions and he has always been courteous and fair. More

Mark is great! Mark is the best. He greeted me when I arrived. I have an 2004 S2000 with 16,000 miles. I get it serviced 2x a year. He remembered my car, things Mark is the best. He greeted me when I arrived. I have an 2004 S2000 with 16,000 miles. I get it serviced 2x a year. He remembered my car, things when we discussed at last visit and goes out his way to get me in and out quickly. I used to get my car serviced at Honda City which is 3 miles from my house but had issues with them. Now I drive 50 miles to Apple Honda and Mark so I have no issues. And the newly constructed facilities looks great. More
