Rich Donlin was my service manager who, in his attentive, courteous, interested and friendly way, convinced me that Apple Honda would give me the best possible service. He established trust throughout the entire process. From beginning to end the experience was remarkable. My by old age and rust challenged 1999 CRV is back on the road. It handles beautifully and feels safe and solid after a major subsystem's repair. Kudos to Mr. Donlin, to the company and Mr. Andrychowski, the mechanic. It is a well run business. I went there to had them done oil change on my 2019Honda CRV (It only has 20000 miles) after waiting there they told me it was all set, I went to pharmacy and I got a call from them asking me to return rigt CRV (It only has 20000 miles) after waiting there they told me it was all set, I went to pharmacy and I got a call from them asking me to return rigth away since they forgot to Put back something that should be placed in place since they removed... I returned for them to do it, 20 minuts later I drove my car into the highway: my car Started to shake, I couldnt throlling any longer... They damaged my car there!!! Apple Honda and specially Chad (Service Manager) and head mechanic Dont take good care of your Car... They repaired my car but dont want to let me know what happened or extend warranty in engine/ Brakers or transmission!!! I asked Chad for a paper as a proof of the work they done and he wrote in: "CUSTOMER STATES"... I didnt state ANYTHING my Car was WORKING GREAT UNTIL these WORKERS PUT THEIR FINGERS ON IT!!!! SHAME OF YOU AND THE WAY AS YOU TOOK ADVANTAGE OF CUSTOMERS... WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! More
We visited this dealership in 2017 and had the worst experience. Flashforward to 2021, and They completely turned their sales team around! When I arrived at the Dealership, the Person at the door set me up with Mary! Mary was very knowledgeable and Patient in my decision making! I was torn between the CR-V and HR-V. Mary sent us out on a Test drive in each car. When it came time to negotiate, Charlie G was the man!! Got us where we wanted to be within a few dollars. After a small hiccup while sitting with Finance, Charlie saved the day and helped me out! If you're in the market for a New HONDA, Visit Apple and ask for Mary! Job well done!! More

My older Honda was in need of parts that were not available through Honda and Joseph took it upon himself to locate caring help of Joseph Gutierrez! We leased a new Honda PILOT and left our old leased Honda Odyssey 2018 for the dealership to do a courtesy return to "Fusion Auto Finance". Usually, if we lease from same dealership they waive the dispositio Odyssey 2018 for the dealership to do a courtesy return to "Fusion Auto Finance". Usually, if we lease from same dealership they waive the disposition fee. We did return the Van in top condition and with all the equipment end of February but Fusion got the car end of march. Car was missing a FOB, remote of DVD and both DVD headset even though we returned all the equipment. They are charging us for a gauge on the front bumper even though there is no scratch on the car. I am not sure what happened for a month the car was there but definitely something happened or fusion telling me lies. I have some pictures but Fusion is telling me that its my responsibility and every time I call dealership I get the run around. No one actually try to resolve the issue or accept the responsibility. I am very worried about the new lease. I am not sure I will go back to them again. I was hoping to get my other vehicle changed with apple honda but I would rather go to another dealership. The only bright spot was the sales woman. She was very thorough about everything. More
