Last year we bought a used Honda Civic at Apple Honda that our oldest daughter loves! It was the perfect car for our nineteen year old. We had such a great experience that we had to return to Apple Honda that our oldest daughter loves! It was the perfect car for our nineteen year old. We had such a great experience that we had to return to Apple Honda in Riverhead to try to find a used Honda Civic for our middle daughter who is eighteen. The minute we pull into the lot....a very nice man named Kelly came out and greeted us. He was VERY friendly,caring,honest,and was VERY easy to talk to...we trusted him immediatley...He found us the perfect used Civic that had low mileage and was in great condition...Kelly made sure we got the best price and even went out of his way to fix a few flaws to make sure the car was perfect. Kelly Shannon is the person that I hope will greet us again in a couple of years for our youngest daughter when we are ready to buy our THIRD car at Apple Honda. More

. I went to Apple Honda in Riverhead NY. My mother needed a car and did not have any experience in buying a car. I went in to the dealership and worked out the deal. I brought my mother in to see the car and a car and did not have any experience in buying a car. I went in to the dealership and worked out the deal. I brought my mother in to see the car and drive it and sign the paperwork. On the day of delivery they called my mother to come into the dealership two hours before the scheduled pickup time knowing I could not make it there at that time. In my absents the finance Manager George and the Sales Man Jeff changed the deral around and talked my mother into buying an expensive, needless waranty. They told her that it would be refunable if we decided we did not need it. 4 Months later the dealership still refuses to give the money back. They refuse to return phone calls and pretend they are not in the office when we drive to the dealership. I now had to file a case with 5th district court to try and recover the money. PLEASE BEWARE OF APPLE HONDA RIVERHEAD, GEORGE AND JEFF!!! More
