We were looking for a used Honda Pilot for some time and just couldn't find any inventory in Nassau County. We did our homework, knew what the vehicle should cost and knew what we wanted. Took the long ride to Riverhead the next day and boy am I glad that we did. We met Eric (who we spoke to on the phone) who introduced us to salesman Michael V. Mike worked hard to find us the perfect used 2008 Pilot, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Price negotiation was simple (their prices were already much, much lower than other dealerships). Met with the finance fellow (John) who was also very nice, honest and took the time to explain all our options to us. Picked up the vehicle 3 days later. It was detailed beautifully and then the next day we took it on a 12 hour round trip drive to pick up our son at college. The Pilot drove beautifully. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership and to recommend them to family and friends. There was absolutely no uncomfortable car sales pressure which was so refreshing. More

I drove 65 miles from Queens to see an 08 Odyssey and was not disappointed. Met with Ben who showed me the car and after a test drive and some negotiation, I purchased the Odyssey. John explained all of the financing information and after signing the paperwork, I drove my Odyssey home.
