He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles, he listened to us regarding our price range and what we wanted in our vehicles and he went to great lengths to get us the deals we were looking for. He never made it feel like there was any pressure to buy a vehicle and he was very patient with us while we made our decisions. When we picked up the vehicles, he had everything ready and waiting for us and there was never any hidden fees or extra costs of any kind. Paul in the finance department made all the paperwork as smooth as possible and he explained everything in detail. We were looking for a used Honda Pilot for some time and just couldn't find any inventory in Nassau County. We did our homework, knew what the vehicle should cost and knew what we wanted. Checked Apple Ho just couldn't find any inventory in Nassau County. We did our homework, knew what the vehicle should cost and knew what we wanted. Checked Apple Honda's website and were impressed by their inventory and prices (much lower than any dealership in Nassau County). Took the long ride to Riverhead the next day and boy am I glad that we did. We met Eric (who we spoke to on the phone) who introduced us to salesman Michael V. Mike worked hard to find us the perfect used 2008 Pilot, was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Price negotiation was simple (their prices were already much, much lower than other dealerships). Met with the finance fellow (John) who was also very nice, honest and took the time to explain all our options to us. Picked up the vehicle 3 days later. It was detailed beautifully and then the next day we took it on a 12 hour round trip drive to pick up our son at college. The Pilot drove beautifully. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from this dealership and to recommend them to family and friends. There was absolutely no uncomfortable car sales pressure which was so refreshing. More
