Above and Beyond I was waiting for a specific model and color that none of the dealers in the northeast had available. Several dealers said they had the car I wanted on order but Apple delivered. I had a very tight schedule and a small window to take care of finance, insurance and to pick the car up. I connected Eric at Apple with my insurance company and credit union, so when I arrived at the dealer all the paperwork was complete and ready to go including registration. I signed the sales agreement, delivered a copy to my credit union so I could pick up a check, returned to the Apple with the check and I was on my way in my new car. It was quick, and easy with no hassles. With their help and preparation, I was able to fit the whole transaction into my schedule without spending hours at the dealership. More

Great dealer - no pressure! I stopped in without the intention of buying a car but after speaking with John Jay about an Odyssey I saw on GrooveCar.com he took the time to show i I stopped in without the intention of buying a car but after speaking with John Jay about an Odyssey I saw on GrooveCar.com he took the time to show it to me as well as a few others. My current lease on a Ford was due to expire and John offered to turn my car in to the competing dealer down the road, transfer the plates and insurance and make the Odyssey ready for pick up THE NEXT DAY!!!
