Giavanna was knowledgeable, trustworthy, and organized. Giavanna listened attentively and patiently to our questions and she had a clear understanding of the car’s features and warranty. If, by chance, she didn’t know the answer to a particular question, she was extremely honest, did her research, and reported back to us in a prompt and well-organized manner. Her enthusiasm is infectious and we found the entire process to be non-pressure filled and upbeat. We learned a lot! She communicated regularly and efficiently- we always felt like we were in the loop.
