Needed new keys for my 2010 Taurus - and got them! Electronic keys are wonderful -- until you need a new one! But I knew I was in good hands the first time I spoke with Kevin and the parts guys (and I Electronic keys are wonderful -- until you need a new one! But I knew I was in good hands the first time I spoke with Kevin and the parts guys (and I apologize for not remembering their names). After the parts guys confirmed the keys were there to cut and program, they took the time to explain the process to me. Then Kevin arranged an appointment for a few hours later, and we were off and running, Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly ready to get it right the first time. I could not be happier. I definitely will be back, and highly recommend the team there. We're a Ford family, so I am spreading the word. Y'ALL ROCK!! More
terrible ethics If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I arrived early in the morning to the “quick lane” to get my oil changed. I waited 4.5 hours. They then to If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I arrived early in the morning to the “quick lane” to get my oil changed. I waited 4.5 hours. They then told me that there was a problem with my front tire and it’s not covered under the warranty that I paid for after paying over $1300 for tires a year and a half ago. The manager then tells me that the warranty only covers “road hazards” such as nails, but says that if I get a nail in my tire in the future it’s not covered because he’s documenting there was a prior issue. So they essentially just took my warranty away, so it never really existed. So if there is a “road hazard” at any point in the future I’m xxxx out of luck. He then tells me my only choice is to buy two tires that would cost about $600 after just paying $1300 not too long ago! Save yourself the headache and money. Don’t go here. More

I was impressed by the way David handled numerous customers ( either dropping off or service was finished). Also, he was the only service advisor in quicklane at the time. More

Fast, and pleasant. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. i arrived at the quick lane 10 min before they opened. There were 6-7 cars lined up at each service bay I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. i arrived at the quick lane 10 min before they opened. There were 6-7 cars lined up at each service bay waiting. once clock struck 7am, the doors opened and the vehicles were moving. At 7:03, one of the team members gathered my vehicle information, what service I would like and asked if I would need to utilize the shuttle service. By 7:10 we were aboard the shuttle and I was on my way back to work. The customer service level, team work and the timing of this quicklane surpasses any other ford dealership i have visited. More

Very Helpful Today while I was leaving work I noticed my tire was completely flat. I went to take out my jack and of course I didn't have one or the tool need to l Today while I was leaving work I noticed my tire was completely flat. I went to take out my jack and of course I didn't have one or the tool need to lower my spare tire. I got my truck towed to Apple Ford Lincoln, where the service manager Curtis Ford was very helpful. The service shop was closing and I come in asking if they can fix my tire or even have to tool to get my spare down. Mr Ford didn't turn me away like I was expecting to be. He took his own time and located a USED truck to match my year and borrowed the tool to accommodate me. He also put the spare one as well. I live an hour and a half from this dealership and luckily Mr Ford helped me or I would have been stuck because all of the tire places and rental car places were closed. More
