Curtis Ford is what service is about. After having a hiccup in my service last Saturday Curtis called me to make things right. During my long ownership I have kept warranty insurance for the entire time. Even though I had a warranty, as a 90-year old, I had forgotten when the repair was completed. When picking up my car an extremely observant service advisor named Dan Brito discovered that I had three more days left of my warranty. Mr. Brito did not stop there, it was through his diligence and persistence that I received my refund check, since the payment had previously been made on my credit card for the full amount. It was such a pleasant experience to know that someone from Apple Lincoln cares so much about me being a very satisfied customer. That is why I feel it is necessary for me to send this very positive review. More
