Curtis Ford was very respectful and professional when I came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van. The company somehow had ran out of parts but he went to bat for me and made sure my vehicle was take came in for a safety recall on my Free Star Van. He even assisted me with a loaner car to continue my transportation needs until the job was done. I had to take my Ford Fusion in for some repairs and get it serviced....it was close to going over my 100,000 mile warranty and my car had been acting up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis Ford who it serviced....it was close to going over my 100,000 mile warranty and my car had been acting up. I had the pleasure of dealing with Curtis Ford who works at the service counter. Curtis went above and beyond any level of customer service I have ever encountered at a dealership. First off, he was extremely polite which is huge, secondly when the technician thought my car was finished Curtis took a look himself and noticed that there were still some issues with the car so he made sure they fixed what I believe was the engine mount block. He could have just said nothing and waited until my warranty expired and then I would have had to pay extra money. Curtis also arranged for a rental car for me to use while my car was being repaired. In addition, he was up front, honest and it was apparent that his goal was to make sure my car got taken care of. At the end of the day I ended up having to pay a little over $800.000 for some service issues not covered under my warranty but because of Curtis I also saved allot of money. I bought my fusion at the same dealership and from this point on I will be a customer for life at Apple Ford Columbia. Curtis should be running the whole service department in my opinion. The guy just flat out gets it. More

I am a customer for life and my car set in the service lane for 45+ minutes for a car wash. The seat was. Bagged so they knew it was here -passed over for at least 5 other cars. I "used" to take my Explorer to Apple Ford for service because of location. Everytime I leave, I am disappointed and frustrated. The service dept. is incompetent. One time my car was in for an service because of location. Everytime I leave, I am disappointed and frustrated. The service dept. is incompetent. One time my car was in for an oil change and minor repair; it took 5 hours. The service rep realized their incompetence and did not charge me for the "service." Today, my car was in for the 2nd time for AC work. The first time it was in, they charged me $300. for diagnostic but failed to document the problem (I found this out late today). I dropped my car off last nite for an appointment this morning to fix the AC. At 5 PM today they call and say my car is not fixed and they don't know if they can even get the parts tomorrow. WHAT? These are only 2 instances of their lack of "service." More
I needed a second key to my 1999 Windstar, which cost $135 to duplicate, and in the same appointment the service department set a time, two days later, to bring my car in for a recall on the sub-frame. Ford Corp. & Apple Ford new my sub-frame was in jeopardy and they knew they had no replacement parts for the repair, yet they gave me no warning or indication to hold off on spending $135 for the second key. The next day they informed me my vehicle had been grounded and deemed unsafe to drive. In lieu of repair, Ford is offering 150% of bluebook value. I accepted their offer after researching the recall on the internet. I also expected to receive a refund for the key they duplicated two days earlier. When I spoke to the Service Manager he responded by saying he saw no reason to refund the money spent on the duplicate key. More
I got hit from behind in my car whilst parked in DC. I came in to peep a new car. Dave was very sensative to my needs and my alternative lifestyle. His manager was also very caring and tender.
