If you ever need service for your car, go see Curtis Ford.... I can’t say this enough. I bought the car from apple ford and had quite a bit of trouble with the sales department. So I was a bit apprehensive when I had a rattle I took it to the service department and they set me up with Curtis Ford. Let me state that you can’t ask for a better experience. His customer service was top notch. When he called me to update me to the status of my car I didn’t feel like i was dealing with someone from the dealership I felt like i was talking to a friend who genuinely cared about both me and my car. There was several times where he sent it back because it wasn’t right and if it didn’t meet his high standards then it was unacceptable. When i did get my car back it had been detailed and looked down right amazing. Who would have thought that not having your car could be a pleasurable experience? Thanks to the fine customer service i received I must say for me it was. More

Buying my car from Apple Ford was a great experience, but service there hasn't always been the smoothest. That said, I had an excellent experience with Curtis Ford for a mirror replacement this time around service there hasn't always been the smoothest. We love our 2011 Explorer, but have had several unusual problems with the MyFord Touch and Synch systems. Our Apple Ford service experience in dealing with these issues has been outstanding. Most recently, I brought the car in without an appointment because we had hit a curb and one of the tires had a cut in the sidewall. There was also a recall campaign on the car. CURTIS FORD helped me out, got the recall done, and had the tire inspected, all in less time than expected. Of course, they could easily have told me the tire was unsafe, and I would have bought a new tire from the dealership. Instead, the inspector said the tire would pass state inspection and was safe to drive on. I was pleasantly shocked - these people have shown integrity in dealing with both my Ford Explorers. I would certainly recommend the Apple Ford service department. More

Supporting him with this recommendation is not only the right thing to do, but a real pleasure. GREAT FOLKS at APPLE FORD... our 2d Vehicle with them. Can't get any better. More

I ended up having a meeting with the president of the dealership, Chip Doetsch. He was genuinely concerned about my situation and addressed all of my concerns. He also made me totally comfortable in continuing my relationship with Apple. My car is running great and I love it so much that I don't ever plan on selling or trading it in ever. Dave Eichorn called me to get my car serviced after my complain. They put me in a rental as it took a day to replace the right LCA due to squeaking and creaking. I have been a customer of Apple Ford for the past 3 years, and have unfortunately seen the customer service decrease each time I have come in. I have browsed the sales floor while waiting for service years, and have unfortunately seen the customer service decrease each time I have come in. I have browsed the sales floor while waiting for service on my Ford Focus, and it has seemed like no-one is interested in being there. The reception I have received to come in for an oil change/tire rotation has been poor at best, and they have had no consideration for my time- don't have a quick lane if it's 3 hrs for an oil change. But I am very happy with my 2 visits in the past month. I have encountered Curtis Ford both times, and he has not only been very knowledgeable (tire problem & bluetooth hookup), but does not seem like it's a bother to do his job(which I'm not even sure those 2 things applied to him, but it didn't seem to matter- the customer mattered first). His friendliness has given me hope that Apple Ford is headed back in the right direction. More
I brought my car in for a routine oil change and service and Curtis was a joy to work with. He had a large number of customers to assist this particular morning and he still managed to give each of us the r and Curtis was a joy to work with. He even went out of his way to look up some data and part numbers for an issue with my car not related to the oil change. Curtis is very knowledgable about Ford, the cars and his customer service skills are beyond reproach! If anyone can restore our faith in service at the American auto dealerships it would be Curtis! I hope that when I return I will be lucky to have him as an associate again! More
