Very good service! Our truck developed an issue over the weekend and we needed it for some urgent jobs during the week. Being short on options, we dropped it at Apple Ford's night drop on Saturday night fully expecting them not to be able to get to it until later that week. However, I received a call from Steve Watts on Monday saying they were on it. He called back and Tuesday with a status and managed to get the truck done by Wednesday noon allowing us to finish our jobs. Steve was communicative, explained clearly what the issue was and proposed a solution that made the most financial sense. He is friendly and helpful. Highly recommended! More
No Customer Service or Communication I was originally told my car would be in the shop for 1-2 days and so far it's been there for 9 days. I haven't received any calls from my service advisor Donna. I still don't know when my car will be ready. I've always had to call her for updates. Getting in touch with her or anyone in the service department is almost impossible. I've left voicemails and continued to call. I've had the phone go to voicemail numerous times and also have been hung up on (which I'm hoping was a mistake). My car is less than a year old and a 2014 Ford Focus that might need a new transmission. The clutch has been fixed and there is still a vibration. Overall not a great thing to experience when you have a new car and you are paying so much each month for it. Donna told me I might need a new transmission which is very concerning and I had to call her to get that information. When I had David Eichorn as my advisor in the past he was very responsive and honest with everything that needed to be done. It's a shame I couldn't have him as my advisor again. More

Rare to find this in today's businesses. When Allan told me he used to own a tire store - I was not surprised. As a small business owner myself - I understand the value of good service. The work done on my was done over a two day period. My service tech arranged for a rental for me which was I was able to pick up at the service center. Curtis Ford's customer service was great. I bought a new truck and was having intermittent problems with the speakers. It was difficult to diagnose because the problem was intermittent. I had my truck a new truck and was having intermittent problems with the speakers. It was difficult to diagnose because the problem was intermittent. I had my truck at Apple Ford a few different times and Curtis was able to hear the problem. He was not able to schedule a tech to work on it that day, but we scheduled an appt. for the next day. I took my truck in the next morning and they replaced the speakers and so far it sounds great. If you ever have any service issues I would recommend getting in touch with Curtis. He is man of his word. Thanks Curtis! More
