Apple Ford service got us back on the road. While on a recent long road trip, we limped into Apple Ford after an alternator failure, with only minutes to spare before the battery would have died While on a recent long road trip, we limped into Apple Ford after an alternator failure, with only minutes to spare before the battery would have died completely, killing the engine. Thankfully we were able to drive right into the service lane where we were immediately greeted by the friendly and knowledgeable Service Manager. Obviously this was an unscheduled visit, so they had to have a re-manufactured alternator shipped in from a nearby facility, which took a couple of hours. It took about 4 hours in total from the time we rolled in until we were on the road again, which we thought was good under the circumstances. Apple Ford gets excellent marks for everything except price, but dealership service is always a lot more expensive than it should be. I spent about 4X what I would have spent with my usual RockAuto Do-It-Yourself approach, and about 50-75% more than my local repair shop would have charged in CT. But, no real complaints since they got me going again in short order. And, I guess someone has to pay the overhead to support that gorgeous dealership that is so clean and well maintained that you can practically eat off the floor. More

I have had 4 cars now from this particular dealership and am very pleased with the service department, Quick Lanes and the experience of buying a car as well. After purchasing an EcoBoost F-150 from a good friend, I was able to receive great direction from James & Bryan in Finance to easily transfer the extended warranty into my name. No games, no up sell, just simple & painless steps. While doing a final check of the vehicle before transferring ownership, we discovered an issue that initially appeared very daunting. Curtis assured me that the vehicle would be taken care of, and Mandy was able to get me in the next day AND fixed the issue before close of business. The was amazing, especially since the seller was going overseas in just a couple of days. I've never owned a Ford until now, and it certainly started out on the right foot......Many THANKS to the staff at Apple Ford Lincoln. More

When the repair was done, in under an hour, Mandy informed me that they had noticed a carbon build up and suggested I have it cleaned which I did. I greatly appreciated being told about a possible future problem before it became a problem as well as having the work done right away. I especially liked Mandy's attitude of "I treat others like I would like to be treated". More

Dan Brito, one of the service advisors with the assistance of Mandy Smith saw my frustration, came to my aid. They took my car in, arrangement for transportation for me ( thru Enterprise Car Rental ) so I could continue with my life. I was expecting to be without my car for about a week or so , but my service advisors put a priority on my vehicle and surprisingly my repaired and ready the next business day since it was Fathers Day Weekend.
