It was the next day at 4:15 when I finalized my purchase. My dealer was Brandin. He totally lied and actually made me drive from New York to Maryland knowing that this was a bait and switch. They should all be ashamed of themselves. I don’t know how they sleep at night. DO NOT TRUST THEM AT ALL. HORRIBLE PEOPLE More

Well when I called Apple Ford I Spoke with one of their representatives LES and he reassured me my car would be seen this week. I couldn’t have asked for a more nice and understanding person. I got my car checked out, diagnosed and fixed within two days! He explained everything they did and had the best customer service I have had in a while. And got my car washed to boot lol They were awesome and I will be back for sure. More

Top Notch Service! I had an oil leak on a used certified vehicle and they took me right in and found that the filter had been leaking. Guaranteed to break your car This place will break your car if you bring it there. Little stuff, but it will leave there worse than when you brought it in. For the most recent repair I am now 3 trips in, 2 of which I had to get my 3 and 5 yr old out of the house by 6:45 am, and the car is still worse off than when I brought it in originally. They have even found a way to screw up an oil change and a car wash. Dont buy from here, dont take it here for service. More
