Lincoln Service Dept: steering seized on our 2014 Lincoln MKT. Apple was the closest Lincoln dealership. Told me it was my problem, not his. Accused me of screaming at him, & told me to have the car towed out of his service area. Adversarial attitude… not a good representative of Ford Lincoln. I have one star because they let us bring the car in after the steering seized & we had 150 more miles to drive to get home. Other than that, he never returned my calls during the last week. He also hung up on me when I asked to whom I was speaking to let him know my car was going to be towed to a closer dealership that would be looking at it within 2 days. More
I bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado from the commercial department! 1st problem was the brakes! I can’t get a honest answer if they will fix it! 2nd problem, I transferred my tags from my old vehicle to my new one and was still charged for new tags… When I asked about it I was told they would issue me a refund, well a couple months later and that didn’t happen yet either! I understand people are busy but to lie and scam people is UNACCEPTABLE!!! BUYERS BEWARE!!!!! READ ALL YOUR DOCUMENTS!!!!! More

I bought extended warranty (thank god) and the purchase was fairly easy for a first time buy. In the warranty it stated I could get a replacement remote. It took me 2 months of back and forth with the dealership and the warranty company all because the dealership never gave me the second key and in order to get the replacement I needed 2 keys on day of purchase. The dealership ended up getting the key for me, the key was done in like 10 mins but for some reason I waited over 2 hours until I walked up to the key guy and he was like you’ve been done for the last 2 hours! I ended up smelling what smelt like gas coming out of the exhaust took it to a Chevy dealership just to find out the Transmission needs to be replaced more or less $7000 fix that alone plus other things that needed to be replaced. A month over a year from purchase. Absolutely ridiculous. More
