I can't make this a 6-star review? :-) Truthfully, my recent purchase of a new 2018 Ford Explorer Platinum at Apple Ford Lincoln in Columbia, MD is absolutely the best experience I've ever had with an auto dealership, and I've purchased quite a few cars, used and new, in my lifetime. Everyone I worked with, from sales to finance, was pleasant, knowledgeable, and went out on a limb to be helpful and personable. I'm particularly grateful to my salesperson, Jake Lipman, who took his time to show me all the "bells & whistles" in my vehicle, and made me feel right at home. In fact, when my new car was rear-ended minutes after I drove if from the lot, within sight of the dealership, Jake came to my aid and stayed with me until the accident scene was clear. Phil Williams also quickly, yet thoroughly, guided me through the morass of financial options and paperwork, making my purchase go smoother than I've ever before encountered. I couldn't ask for a better experience, or relationship, with an automobile dealership or salesperson than this one! Bravo Zulu as we say in the Navy! Great job! More

fraudulent car report My 2014 Ford Focus has spent more time in the Ford Dealer in the Month of October. I bought my lemon from Apple Ford. 2 Fuel replacements 2015 which w My 2014 Ford Focus has spent more time in the Ford Dealer in the Month of October. I bought my lemon from Apple Ford. 2 Fuel replacements 2015 which was never told to me and October 2017. Car looses power going down the road. The first and last visit for service to Apple Ford was in June. My check engine came on and went back off . So it went in for service and came home running bad before I left there lot. Meanwhile I was told it may have a bad wheel bearing or hub bearing. When I picked my car they told nothing was wrong. Since then I have had a wheel bearing replaced by the Ford Dealer who is doing the repair work now. The car shuts off going done the road at 60mph. The scariest feeling of my life. Also the car was bought at a Auto Auction in PA. Which I was never told about. More

Fortunately, I was near the Apple Ford dealership where my husband and I bought all our cars over the last 17 years. I went to Quick Lane where Ben (Quick Lane) and Paul (Parts Dpt Manager) quickly assisted me. I purchased replacement blades and Ben put them on the care for me. Paul also helped me select floor mats for my 2016 Escape and Ben put those in place for me also. Both gentlemen were very friendly, professional and helpful. They took time to explain the process of selecting the items I needed and putting them in place so that I could make it to work without lost time. They are terrific representatives for the dealership and for Ford and part of the reason I always recommend Apple Ford Columbia to family and friends for excellence in sales and service. Bob Koser is a fantastic salesman and my late husband and I bought quite a few cars from him over the years also. More
