Needed new keys for my 2010 Taurus - and got them! Electronic keys are wonderful -- until you need a new one! After the parts guys confirmed the keys were there to cut and program, they took the time to explain the process to me. Then Kevin arranged an appointment for a few hours later, and we were off and running, Everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly ready to get it right the first time. They ran me around through 3 different salesmen for over 2 weeks. They will not give you a breakdown of their "discount" without all your personal information. They are specifically doing this to find out if you qualify for additional rebates so they can bury them in the "advertised" price later and make more money off you. Dishonest, shady practices, and rude about it on top of that. If I wasn't looking for a particular new truck, I wouldn't have spoken with them as long as I did. I tried very hard to get straight answers because I really wanted the truck but do NOT trust them! More
