New car sales excellent ,Service dept. ok Had my 2017 escape with only 2700 miles on it serviced on 12/31/18.. The work on the vehicle, I give 5 stars. BUT as tech. was bringing my car to me a Had my 2017 escape with only 2700 miles on it serviced on 12/31/18.. The work on the vehicle, I give 5 stars. BUT as tech. was bringing my car to me after work was complete another tech drove his vehicle which was courtesy van into my vehicle.Car suffered extreme damage. Service manager Curtis Ford handled it very very professionally.I will say that Curtis is an assett to the servive dept. Apple Ford was going to take care of the repairs.They furnished me with a rental promptly. Unfortunately ,My wife insisted she no longer felt safe in the car. I had to purchase another Ford Escape the next day, Had to spend New Years eve and New Years day at the dealership trying to take care of the new car. Was not happy at all that we had to get a new vehicle.I really did not want to purchase another vehicle. Kinda put a damper on my retirement plans.. Loved the car we had. With that being said Brandon Lee in new cars was very good to work with.I still plan on using Apple Ford as my dealer. More

Lies and more lies I was in the market for a new Ford Fusion Energi. I called around and was contacted by Jeff after inquiring about their inventory. After a while we wo I was in the market for a new Ford Fusion Energi. I called around and was contacted by Jeff after inquiring about their inventory. After a while we worked out a deal I told him I’d take it. I was doing this electronically as I was away for the holidays and wanted to pick the car up as a surprise to my wife. That was on Friday. I sent my ID and Insurance Binder and he told me I could do the rest of the paperwork in the morning. I contacted him Saturday and he said he was swamped and would do the paperwork later. Well long story short he never di. In fact he lied about even having the car. They didn’t even have it on the lot. And he had previously told me they did. I contacted the Internet manager who was also untruthful. He started by telling me the car had been sold. I said yes it should be to me as Jeff said he would I’ll it four days ago. Then after he did some “checking” he told me that they hadn’t even received the car and they couldn’t sell it to me. How could it be “sold” earlier and now not in stock? I then called and spoke with the sales manager. The direct quote after explaining what happened was “What do you want me to do about it now?” My last five vehicles were Fords. By far the worst dealership. Run away!, More

I rushed right over and Ben met me in the quick lane as I was pulling in. I told him that I was in a crunch for time because I had to be on the way to pick up my daughter from school in 30 minutes and he assured me he would see what he could do to get this done quickly. They normally estimate a tire change to take about an hour but Ben had our tire change done in 20 minutes! I could not be more thankful to Ben to be so accommodating to my difficult request. More
