Don't have last names, but Mike gave me a ride home, and what a pleasant man to talk with. Eddie picked me up from my home and back to get my car. Again, what a pleasant gentleman and I so enjoyed the conversation. Rather than waiting at the dealership while my car was being worked on, I was able to be productive at home getting ready for my granddaughter's birthday party the next day. I did not have anyone to help me take and pick up my car, so I just have to say I was very pleased with this service. Thanks again. More

I brought my brand new Explorer in to get weather stripping fixed on the windows, that came off. Left it there overnight and late the following day was informed they could not get parts. Was told I stripping fixed on the windows, that came off. Left it there overnight and late the following day was informed they could not get parts. Was told I would be contacted when parts came in; about a week. It has been 3 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I will be calling after the 4th week. I'm disappointed that this weather stripping issue happened on my brand new Explorer, and that I have not been contacted, again, to update me on the parts. More
