Sorry - I took my 2021 F-150 in for its 20000 mile check up and asked them, Travis, to check out a rubbing noise I was hearing when turning hard in either direction. That was on Monday afternoon. I had to up and asked them, Travis, to check out a rubbing noise I was hearing when turning hard in either direction. That was on Monday afternoon. I had to call them later that day as I hadn't heard from him. He stated they were still checking it out and would get back to me. Tuesday went by, no call - I called them, no reply. Same for Wed. I called Travis at least 3 times, no answer or reply. Thursday I call the dealer and asked them to please follow up - nothing! I finally called and asked for the service manager, he did get back to me. Sean, the manager followed up and at least let me know that parts were on order and that I could pick up my truck and use it until they came in. Which I did. Sean was great! I never did hear anything from Travis? Not good! More
