Way under staffed for people coming in for repairs on their vehicle. Seating in the waiting room is horrible when you need to wait two hours for an oil change. Came in for scheduled Oil Change/Tire Rotation which took 3 hours. Totally Unacceptable. You would think with a scheduled time it shouldn't take more than an hour. Then - there was only one communicatio 3 hours. Totally Unacceptable. You would think with a scheduled time it shouldn't take more than an hour. Then - there was only one communication given - that they were just wrapping things up. Another hour goes by and never notified the vehicle was done. Saw it sitting in the bay ready to be delivered so had to ask about it. Love this dealership, but since they went away from their QuickLane service - oil changes are painful. More

It would be nice to have a loaner and if possible to have someone drop the loaner off and drive my car to the dealership.
