I’ve had three recall and a battery draining problems in the last year, wasting 3 days time on my side and autonation didn’t take the time to wash and clean the car. Performed requited maintenance as scheduled. Did not receive phone text when car was finished. Told initially service would take 2 hours. Checked back at two and a half hours to see if the service was completed. First they had to find my vehicle. Once they found it I was told my lug nuts were swelled and recommended replacement. I gave them the ok to replace at 10:45 am. Work was completed and I was back on the road at 12:40 pm. Entire time was over 4.5 hours for oil change, tire rotation, and lug nuts. More

I had an appointment made for brake line recall work at 11:00 on a Friday. I had expected it to be complete by the end of the day. I never received a call from the service department updating the status of 11:00 on a Friday. I had expected it to be complete by the end of the day. I never received a call from the service department updating the status of the repair. I feel I should have at least gotten a call letting me know. I then never received a call the following Monday so I called them at noon and left a voice mail for the individual service representative responsible. I did not get a callback so I went to the dealership after work at about 4:00. I could see that my repair was complete as the car was parked in the front lot. My service rep. was nowhere to be found so I ended up waiting for another 30 minutes before having someone else help me and complete the requisite paperwork. I never once spoke to Travis, the service representative, but the rest of the service team was pleasant and helpful. More
