OK, you keep prompting me to leave a review so, here goes. If Autonation was as interested in returning my calls to the service mangers as ensuring that I leave a review, that would have been outstand goes. If Autonation was as interested in returning my calls to the service mangers as ensuring that I leave a review, that would have been outstanding. My vehicle needed to be towed to Autonation for warranty work. My warranty, I was told when I purchased it included roadside/towing service. When the contracted tow company arrived, I was informed that it would cost me in excess of $100.00 to take it to Autonation. So not exactly " included" as I expected. Additionally, the tow driver required cash, not credit card, not check. As I don't carry over 100.00 cash on me, I declined their service and secured a tow through my insurance company. They were on time, professional and accepted credit cards. I was contacted by service representative #1 telling me they had my truck and even though I had a scheduled appointment, they wouldn't get to it for a day or two. Ultimately I was informed that it appeared that I would need an engine replacement. Due to supply chain delays I was told the replacement engine would not arrive for 4 weeks. ( not Autonation's fault ). It was explained to me that the warranty that I had purchased provides for a rental vehicle for 2 weeks only, so did I want the rental during the first two weeks or the second two weeks of my month waiting for the engine. Two weeks later I was contacted by service representative #2, informing me he was taking over for the previous representative. I requested the rental car to be arranged for the last 2 weeks as per my agreement with his predecessor. He left me a voice-mail telling me that Autonation did not have any loaner vehicles available. I had not requested a loaner vehicle, but the rental car supposedly provided with the warranty. Days went by, he never returned my call. Enter service representative #3. Steve called me and indicated that he would be taking over my case. Apparently rep #1 changed jobs and # 2 left ( or vice-versa), don't know, I just know I'm on representative #3 and communication has been poor up to this point. Steve indicated that the engine arrived earlier than expected ( 3.5 weeks ) and the technician is installing now, should be another couple of days to finish. So, I have the truck back, driving around for a few days and all seems fine. Then as I turn the steering wheel I lose all power steering. I called Steve and left a voice mail to see how we should proceed as I'm sure this is related to the engine installation. Never received a call back. Never. After further investigation my son and I found the hose from the power steering reservoir had not been clamped during engine install resulting in power steering fluid being sprayed throughout the engine compartment. So, we fixed that. Would have informed Steve on what we found, but he never returned my call. For what it's worth, Thomas More

Why if you dropped the quick line didn't you notify. It took all day to get my oil changed...... He did give me a rde but didn;t get another until 4 - 5. Why haven't you changed tour phone or email messages. Used to ask if you wanted a wash I did but it didnt get done. The cashier was the nicest. No one told me if everything okay or would need. The next time will definitely make a time and hope I get someone that is trained in. More
