AutoNation Ford White Bear Lake - Service Center

I am sad to say my service was not good. I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last week and asked to have my front tire balanced because I had hit a pot hole and my car was I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation last week and asked to have my front tire balanced because I had hit a pot hole and my car was pulling hard to the right when braking at high speeds. I asked if they would keep me informed as to what they found. After 2 hours of waiting for car to get done they came to get me to pay my bill. I asked if the tire was out of balance and the service person didn't know a thing about it. It was not on the ticket. So he made an appointment for this morning at 6:30 a.m. to get the tire balanced and the alignment checked. I was there at 6:20 a.m. and apparently they are not open at 6:30 am. I left at 6:40 because I took time off work to be there and I feel I wasted my time. I am very disappointed as this is not the first time my service at autonation ford has been less than good. I will be finding another dealership to have my car serviced at. Can't help but feel because I am a female I don't count. Don't get me wrong the mechanics I have worked with have done a great job and that is why I have continued having them service my car since I bought it at autonation. But this is the end for me. I will be taking my car to a different dealership for service from now on. Sorry your customer service SUCKS!!! More

I can’t believe you make appointment for oil change and still wait 2 hours. And it took 10 minutes for a service writer to even ecknowlede I was even there.
