Lack of communication is evident at the dealership. Communication between staff members and the customer is poor. Waited over 4 hours for a diagnostic test after I verbally confirmed that my car would be in at the appointment time I scheduled. That was not the case. The appointment time doesn't matter and still had to wait for several cars ahead of me. They told me the issue, brought the car back in only to be told it was actually something different. Then received another phone call saying that all the parts are in and they can fix it now...again. Seems like nobody actually knows what it wrong with the car. Recently purchased the car from the same dealership a week ago. They don't care about the customers time at all, seem to have the attitude that sense it's here we will get it fixed. Overall a very frustrating experience with the dealership. More
We took our F350 in for the 40k scheduled maintenance. I had an appointment for a day, they called late in the day saying they hadn’t got to it yet and should get it done the next day. The service includ I had an appointment for a day, they called late in the day saying they hadn’t got to it yet and should get it done the next day. The service included a tire rotation. When driving home I got a low tire pressure warning in the rear tires. They hadn’t adjusted the tire pressures as the rear tires run 20 lbs more than the front. They also had topped off the DEF, and in the process they spilled some so I had dried DEF running down the side of my truck. I’m disappointed in their attention to detail on those two items and am concerned on how well the rest of the work was done. More
Luis the mechanic was extremely knowledgeable about my repairs. Showed me the worn parts and assured me of the safety of putting new parts in. Everyone did a good job. I do have one complaint. 3 times in one day I heard from different people,”We are short handed.” That annoyed me so much. It’s not my fault your shor I do have one complaint. 3 times in one day I heard from different people,”We are short handed.” That annoyed me so much. It’s not my fault your shorted handed. If you can’t fulfill the car appointment don’t make the appointment. Only work on cars that you have staff to work on. If you think saying your short handed is getting sympathy from the public, you are wrong. I discussed this with a group of friends and they agree it is so irritating when businesses use this as an excuse. More
