It was a great experience! ! I was treated and helped within 5 minutes of arrival, which was a HUGE improver my last two visits, all work was completed, which also was a HUGE i ! I had new tires put on, alignment, oil change, and multi-point inspection done. Service was great, I was able to visit with Kevin before the appointment to get the new tires selected. I was a bit concerned about the communications with the service area about selecting tires and thought the scheduler should have been more proactive in coordinating that communication. Only issue was the wait for them to get working on the truck, so I spent more time in the waiting area then expected. More
