I don't know if I am jinxed by Autonation Ford or not, but I very RARELY have a good experience here. Took my car in for an oil change, and they did not put the oil pan shroud/covering back on correctly. but I very RARELY have a good experience here. Took my car in for an oil change, and they did not put the oil pan shroud/covering back on correctly. It fell off on the way back home, and I RAN IT OVER. Does anything ever right happen here? And can it be made right? They ask you how they can make it right. How should I know that? THEY should be they ones offering up how to make it right, not me giving them ideas. At this point, I have had so many bad experiences there, that I have to consider trading my vehicle in to a different dealership to get away from their warranty and having to go back there. More

It was easy to schedule and appointment. I dropped my car off they completed it on a timely fashion. I thought the piece was high I paid $30 more than I normally do with another dealer. Poor paperwork. 30K checkup, no feedback other than everything’s good. Used to more detail from dealership.
