I’ve had great experiences with this service center. But this time disappointed. I called to address a maldunctioni g low time pressure light. I was provided an appointment and statement I would be in and out same day. When I called to confirm the date, time, I was told my appointment was actually the next day. After realizing I had a conflict I called back. This rep told me the Appt was actually the day I originally thought and that it would take 48 hours to diagnose. But she would prioritize the Appt to have a tech available immediately in the AM. I dropped off my vehicle. I got a call back saying a tech wouldn’t be available until the next day and that diagnostics would cost more than $206. I took it to Discount Tires. They addressed the problem with no charge in 15 minutes. Frustrating to have had to go through this confusing and expensive process. I’m glad I decided to pull out of the appointment. I communicated my frustration in the office at pick up even before I took it to Discount Tires. More

Went in for a recall and there was a schedule mix up for my appointment. Dean got me rescheduled for the next morning and made arrangements for transportation to work for me and also for my vehicle to be d my appointment.
