fixed everything on my list, but there was a problem as this was my second trip out there. I made a appointment for the 31 of Dec. and when i got there they told me that they would not be able to work on m this was my second trip out there. The women who i talked to said that they had tryed calling my house but there was no answer, which is strange as i was home all day and my wife was there there when i left for the dealership. I know that everyone is short staffed, but 48 hours is a bit too long to get service. I brought the car in on Tuesday, 11:30 a.m., got a call Tuesday evening around 5:00 to tell me that they didn't even loo bit too long to get service. The work was fine, the shuttle service was great! Why make an app. for a Tues. if you can't even look at the car until Wed.. I'm not mad, just frustrated. No one in the service area seemed to know what was going on, a lot of confusion! More

Last time I was there Chris and I were talking about cars. Then you have the service lane Jason was a great help Anna kept on top of it with me and tested my screen several times with me and there is still something no right, and she made sure that I got set up for a electronic tech to see my truck, and get it figured out. Where else can you get that kind of service. That is why I drive 140 miles from Duluth because of the people and service I get here at Auto Nation in White Bear Lake MN. More
