I appreciate having my airbags replaced at Autonation and the ability to have the 12 point inspection, oil change, and tires rotated at the same time. And, it was great to get a ride home while this was bein the ability to have the 12 point inspection, oil change, and tires rotated at the same time. This is the first time working with Carlos O. (Quick Lane)I came in for Oil Change and a problem with the right windshield wiper. Carlos was personable, kept me informed of the progress. I forgot to mention about rotating the tires and he had all ready taken care of them. I had a few questions and if Carlos did not have an answer he would check with others and get the answer. Enjoyed working with him. I do have to mention the staff at the checkout counter where also very helpful to check with Shawn Vang (Service Advisor) about getting an appointment set up to have Navigation and Satellite Radio looked at for loosing signal 4 times. This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased through this dealer ship (Rich Aboody sales) and obviously I'm happy with this dealership and staff. More

AutoNation exceeded my expectations with their dedicated sales team that meet almost all my requirements and handed me to their finance team (which are usually the tough part) but they also surprised me by sales team that meet almost all my requirements and handed me to their finance team (which are usually the tough part) but they also surprised me by how much they are flexible and give valuable advices not to pay more out pf pocket They are much better than other Ford and non Ford dealers i dealt with, and definitely I’ll keep making purchases from them in the future.
