I do have to mention the staff at the checkout counter where also very helpful to check with Shawn Vang (Service Advisor) about getting an appointment set up to have Navigation and Satellite Radio looked at for loosing signal 4 times. I made a 6:30am appt. for Monday Jan. 17 and the truck did not get looked at until Wednesday Jan. 19th. This is a very bad business approach in my humble opinion.
