My most recent oil change and tire rotation went fine. A woman called me and assured me that this would happen and she would record it. Well, when I was there the other day, they said this was my last oil change. They also had told me on my first oil change that I needed to have brake work. I took it in to a Toyota dealer and they said my brakes were fine. I'm not sure I trust this dealership. More
