Brought my vehicle in for a recall and had them rotate tires and do an oil change while it was there. Was able to use a loaner and everything was done by the early afternoon. I had no idea , I explained I had an appointment and would be dropping the car off for the day. The guy insisted that he find my advisor Amy before he could sign me in or do any paper work. Finally after a 15 minute wait is was determined Amy was in meeting. I was getting a little hot. I don't need an advisor just let me drop off the car and catch my ride which was waiting outside. Eventually able to speak to another (advisor) What happened to "service tech"? Came back at 4:30 to pick up car. Greeted with this question. Did your advisor call? I said no. I asked if the car was done? The person said he did not know as the computer was not updated or showing my car as done. I literally has to beg a person to go back to the service garage and see where the mechanic was on my car. It was evidently waiting for my advisor to see if I agreed to recommended repairs of $2800 . Finally after 30 minutes the car was brought out and another advisor went over the recommendations with me.. Was not a good experience. Sorry to say it. More
